Health orders, vaccinations and your ceremony

For couples getting married in NSW between 11 Oct and 15 December:

You must have a ‘small wedding service’ (defined as five guests + two witnesses + one photographer + the couple): if any of the people in attendance at your ceremony, including you, have not had two doses of a Covid 19 vaccination.

Up to 20 people may attend (in total, including you): if everyone 16 and over has had two doses of a Covid 19 vaccination.

If you are happy to have a ‘small wedding service’ vaccination status does not need to be proven to JMW. Please upload a signed copy of this form to your dashboard.

Note all JMW celebrants in NSW are fully vaccinated.

If you wish to have more than two guests please:

  1. Upload Party 1’s proof of vaccination to your dashboard before the ceremony date
  2. Upload Party 2’s proof of vaccination to your dashboard before the ceremony date
  3. Upload a signed copy of this form before the ceremony date.
  4. Remind all of your guests that they will be asked to show proof of vaccination at the ceremony so to ensure they have it with them.

Please note this is to ensure compliance with the health orders. JMW and our celebrants are following  legal requirements and do not wish to have any difficultly with this matter on your wedding day. Your co-operation is appreciated.

For couples getting married in VICTORIA on or after 26 October:

Only 10 guests may attend: if any of the people in attendance at your ceremony have not had two doses of a Covid 19 vaccination.

Up to 20 people may attend (in total, including you): if everyone has had two doses of a Covid 19 vaccination.

If you are happy to have just 10 guests (or fewer) at the ceremony vaccination status does not need to be proven to JMW. Please upload a signed copy of this form to your dashboard.

Children under 16 do not count as being un-vaccinated for the purposes of these numbers.

Note all JMW celebrants in Victoria are fully vaccinated.
