Our West End park location is centrally located for Brisbane locals - a lovely shady park with magnificent trees, right by the river.
Location Highlights: The majestic trees here make a glorious backdrop for your ceremony and your photos afterwards. They're also a blessing on a hot summer's day. The gently rustling leaves and soft sounds of the river create a peaceful escape from the nearby city - just right for tying the knot.
Local features: Being on the river is convenient for transport by ferry, and of course everyone loves getting married by the water. Additionally, West End offers easy access to nearby accommodations, restaurants, and transportation options, ensuring a smooth experience for you and your loved ones.
Important things to note: This is a long narrow park on the bend of the river. We usually use the central area for our ceremonies but if that's otherwise occupied, we can find a quieter location further down the park. Your celebrant will make sure you have the best spot possible.

A Sunshine Coast wedding gives you the perfect elopement location and a huge variety of ways to celebrate while you're there. Make it a holiday, make it a party, or make it really low key. Make it whatever you want it to be.
Location Highlights: Who would have thought you could have peace and quiet and 180 degree ocean outlook on the sunshine coast - and still have it all to yourself! While there's no guarantees, this spot is special and usually pretty quiet! Magic. There's also shade here, and some protection from ocean breezes. Hard to find seaside options like this gem.
Local features: Coolum is one of Australia's favorite holiday destinations. With breathtaking landscapes you will agree the Sunshine Coast is perfect for an elopement or destination micro-wedding.
Important things to note: An important thing to remember when you get married in QLD - the midday sun can be intense - If you are getting married in summer, consider having a morning or sunset ceremony time, the light will be much nicer for photos and you'll be more comfortable.

Cairns, QLD

Location Highlights: This location is the absolute essence of a tropical paradise. The esplanade is nestled along the sparkling waters of Trinity Bay, showcasing breathtaking views of the Coral Sea. Say "I do" with the azure ocean as your backdrop, and the gentle sound of waves creating a serene atmosphere. The expansive stretch of ocean and the swaying palm trees add to the tropical charm, providing a stunning setting that embodies the essence of a beachside wedding.

We love everything about Cairns, and we have chosen our location so you can make the most of being in this fabulous town. Close enough to all the action to be a stroll from just the right bar or restaurant for your after celebrations, yet still capturing the natural laid back beachy vibe that makes this the perfect elopement destination.
Important things to note: Sunrise is magic here, if you want an early ceremony. Golden hour (just before dusk) is also fabulous.

Brisbane Riverside (New Farm) Park
New Farm Park is the perfect place to elope in Brisbane. With pretty gardens, river views and ample shade this Brisbane ceremony location is the perfect place for a relaxed and memorable ceremony.
Location Highlights: New Farm Park has a lot of variety, so you’ll have a great spot for your ceremony regardless of the season. Lush greenery, blooming gardens, and stunning riverfront views give you a wide variety of scenery for your photos afterwards.
Local features: Extend your celebrations to one of the many nearby restaurants, pubs and cafes, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Brisbane's popular New Farm precinct. New Farm is also a stones throw from the city and everything it has to offer.
Important things to note: This isn't an actual farm - so if you're looking for furry animals or a tractor ride this might disappoint (it's just the name of a rather fancy, not at all rural, suburb). On Saturdays this park is busiest in the afternoons, so we recommend early Saturday morning or another day of the week if you would like to have more space to yourselves.

Location highlights: This location has a lot of variety, so you’ll have a great spot for your ceremony regardless of the season and you’ll have a wide variety of scenery for your photos afterwards. The sea-side and leafy park feeling combine for the ultimate simple ceremony location. Sunsets are epic here, and in summer a later afternoon ceremony is perfect - there's something for everyone here.
Local features: Only 35 mins from the CBD and it will feel like you are miles away (in the best way). This is a quiet seaside suburb with beautiful views over Moreton Bay and the glasshouse mountains in the distance. Close to popular local restaurants and cafes, you will find somewhere just right for your celebrations after your ceremony.

This Moreton Bay wedding location has incredible views. A micro-wedding in this beautiful and peaceful sea-side park will certainly make for great wedding day memories.
Location Highlights: With this location you will be able to enjoy a park ceremony right on the water with views across the bay. The sunsets here are incredible, so a twilight ceremony can be pure magic.
Local features: Lush green lawns, beautiful shady trees, tropical style palms, lovely little sandy beaches and views for miles. For a cute and romantic twist, you can visits the nearby Gollum Tree for some of your photos (Lord of the Wedding Rings). This spot its also close to a variety of great venues for receptions or more casual celebrations.
Important things to note: While a Moreton Bay wedding can be magical year-round, as with any sea-side ceremony location it can be subject to mother nature's whims. In peak summer we recommend early morning or late evening ceremonies.

The Sunshine Coast is one of the most popular destination wedding locations in Australia - A Sunshine Coast hinterland wedding is a unique and romantic way to get married in QLD in a gorgeous location without getting your feet all sandy and your hair all blown around. If the mountains are your happy place this location is for you.
Your ceremony will be held in the heavenly Lilyponds park, in Mapleton, a town at one end of the stunning Blackall Ranges. It's a cute little town, with amazing views and is very close to popular towns like Montville and Maleny. After your ceremony you can head off to one of the many local cafes or restaurants for a beautiful lunch or dinner.
