No 52 is the childhood home of Sir Donald Bradman, lovingly restored and modernised into one of the most inviting and character-filled spaces you’ll ever stay in. Cherry Cottage, Bowral Just across the road, Cherry Cottage is fairytale perfection. A private rose garden, and a sense of quiet seclusion make this the ideal backdrop for an intimate elopement ceremony. Small, beautiful, and completely yours for the weekend.

The Southern Highlands region is renowned as one of Australia’s premier wedding destinations, and it’s easy to see why: historic sandstone villages, hatted restaurants, award-winning wineries, and lush green hills in every direction. Whether you celebrate with a long lunch after your ceremony or spend the weekend exploring, you won’t want to leave.
Important things to note: To hold your ceremony at one of the cottages, you’ll need to be staying there — which honestly just means you get to enjoy it even more.
