Mary St Gin offers a journey through the senses, beginning with its slight cloudiness—a hint of the juniper-rich adventure to follow. Also known as the Mary St Sydney Dry Gin, on the nose, it delivers an immense hit of fresh juniper, supported by light floral and sweet citrus notes. The palate is a bold continuation, with a fabulous dose of juniper, a kick of fragrant cinnamon, and a touch of woody earthiness from the orris.
