Wollongong, NSW
This location is one of the best places for a beach wedding in Wollongong. With the choice of a stunning beach ceremony or a relaxed, leafy park setting, Illawarra locals will be able to continue to enjoy their ceremony location for years to come. Private, yet conveniently located for all the best restaurants and cafes, you will have your choice of a wide range of ways to celebrate after your ceremony.
Location highlights: You have the choice here of being married on the grass or on the sand. The little section of beach near where the lagoom meets the seas is much quieter than the nearby patrolled beaches, so even in summer you can have a ceremony on the sand without a packed beach spoiling your photos. Locals or elopers wanting a small wedding in Wollongong will find this spot ticks all the boxes.
Local features: Easy parking, close to popular reception venues, restaurants and accommodation. Sky Diving into your ceremony also an option for the brave (or crazy).
Important things to note: This area is popular with locals on a warm saturday afternoon. We can still find you a nice spot for your ceremony but you will need to allow extra time for parking. Or consider choosing a sunset or early morning ceremony for solitude and that magic light your photographer will love.
Accessibility: For those with limited mobility still wanting to get married on the beach this is a good option as you only need to walk about 10m on sand. For wheelchair users or others who can't walk this distance on sand your celebrant can perform the ceremony in the park and set up in a place that allows level access on a concrete path if needed.
Other locations to consider: If you want to elope to Sydney, we have lots of locations to choose from. Or head south to Batemans Bay, Burrill Lake or Berrara.

Eastern Suburbs Beach (Sydney)
For a relaxed beach wedding in Sydney it's hard to go past our amazing location hidden amongst the world famous beaches of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Sydney-siders and elopers alike will love this quiet ceremony location with the most incredible view.
Location highlights: If you're up for a short scramble over the rocks (safe, but maybe take off those heels) you can have your ceremony in the most epic cliff top location. Private and other-worldly, your photos will be incredible and you will feel like the only people on earth. You also have the choice to stay on the grassy, easily accessed hilltop with views over Sydney's famous beaches. For a seaside wedding in Sydney's East you will be amazed at how much privacy this spot has (it's a bit of a secret). Oh, and it it's raining, and you hire one of our partner photographers, ask them about the secret cave.
Local features: The cliff lines 'round this area are spectacular - so unique and perfect for photos. Then of course the beaches are world famous, so pop down onto the white sand for some of your photos before choosing one of the millions of amazing local restaurants to celebrate at.
Important things to note: It can get chilly here in winter- there isn't a lot of shelter from the wind. We suggest picking another one of our many amazing Sydney locations if you want a winter wedding.
Accessibility: There is a concrete path from the road to the grassy hilltop area we use for the ceremonies. It's on a slope but suitable for most wheelchairs users and people with limited mobility (just let your celebrant know in advance that you won't use the clifftop area for the ceremony).
Other locations to consider: We also have another beach wedding location in Sydney - on the Northern beaches. For other non-beach options (more suitable in colder months) check out our most popular location on the harbour, or the stunning parks in Homebush, Petersham, Chatswood, Penrith or Parramatta.

Caves Beach, NSW
Our Caves Beach location is perfect for anyone wanting a really relaxed wedding in a beautiful, peaceful location. With some of the most stunning beaches in NSW, Lake Macquarie locals will be able to continue to enjoy their ceremony location on anniversaries (or just whenever) for years to come. Anyone considering eloping to the Central Coast / Lake Macquarie area will have the most magical and relaxed experience here.
Location highlights: This is an insta-worthy location for your wedding, with white sand and a very back-to-nature vibe. But you'd already know that if you're a local. There's no need to travel anywhere else for a beautiful wedding when you live on one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. And,bunus for pet owners, this is a dog friendly beach, so you can bring your fur babies if you want to.
Local features: At low tide you will love the photos you can get in the caves at the southern end of the beach. Easy parking, close to popular reception venues and more casual dining options. If you are eloping to get married here, the neighbouring resort is a convenient and lovely place to spend your honeymoon.
Important things to note: There is very little shade here, so in mid-summer we recommend early morning or late evening ceremony times. In certain places on the beach phone reception is very patchy, so it isn't ideal if you wish to skype family for your ceremony. If you want to avoid the sand, we can hold the ceremony on a grassy area overlooking the beach. Just let your celebrant know.
Accessibility: It is tricky to access the beach, so not suitable for mobility impaired guests or couples. If you are happy to have the ceremony on the grass overlooking the beach there is level access to an area we can use- note that the path is unpaved (a mix of grass/ dirt/ sand). We have had wheelchair users navigate this path before but it might not be suitable for everyone.
Other locations to consider: Another great location for a relaxed wedding ceremony very close by - check out our Newcastle park location. For locations further afield, including QLD, Byron Bay, Canberra, Melbourne and Perth check our list of relaxed wedding locations.

So many couples have been married in the Parramatta Registry Office over the years, but now there is an equally convenient and far more beautiful alternative just down the road. Get married outside in a funky parkland setting, and get some amazing photos. More private, more affordable and more beautiful
Location highlights: The brickworks is a truly unique location that will pleasantly surprise. Photographers love this location, as you have the stunning brickworks ruins and more traditional parkland setting to ensure you get a variety of photos. Local features: Easily accessed from all over Sydney, and convenient for parking and transport. There's also a council owned hall here if you're interested in a self catering option for a post ceremony party.
Important things to note: While we have the option of a ceremony by the little lake, the charm of this spot is the unique ruins of the old brickworks. Its quirky so take a squiz at the photos to be sure you love it as much as we do.

Byron Bay, NSW
There is no comparison. Byron Bay is romance and relaxation combined, so why not have a romantic and relaxed wedding here. You’ll never forget a byron bay elopement and you certainly wont regret starting your happily ever after right here.
Location Highlights: Our Byron Bay location is chosen to make the most of the beautiful beaches that bring people to Bryon, while being a little further from the action so that you aren’t lost in a crowd while you say ‘I Do’. The vista is unforgettable, the perfect setting for the relaxed and romantic byron bay elopement you’ve dreamed of.
Local features: With convenient parking away from the surprising hustle and bustle of central Byron (yes, its not the sleepy town it once was) our beach location also has a wet weather back up option in case Byron isn’t turning on her charms on your wedding day.
Important things to note: The location is a short 5-10 minute drive from the centre of Byron Bay (don’t worry, it’s worth it to escape the crowds). This location is at its absolute best in the mornings, so if you're flexible with times we recommend earlier in the day. Parking is within a National Park so you will need an annual pass or day parking permit here.

Northern Beaches (Sydney)
This location is so magical it’s hard to imagine a better place for a relaxed and romantic Sydney beach wedding. You have the choice of getting married on the sand or on a grassy lookout with heavenly ocean views. Both options are truly special.
Location Highlights: At this location you have the choice of a true beach wedding right on the sand in a tiny little, relatively private area of Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Or, you can keep your shoes on and just admire the view from the lookout while you say I Do.
Local features: This patch of the Northern Beaches isn’t as busy as many others, so you won’t be lost in a crowd. Parking is a little easier too! The area of beach we use is a small pocket of sand at one end of the main beach, separated from all the activity by a rock pool, so there’s a little more peace and quiet than you’d expect to find with a Sydney beach wedding. The grass area is also comparatively quiet.
Important things to note: This location is everyone’s favourite on a beautiful summers day. While there are undercover areas we use in poor weather if you have more than a handful of guests you may need umbrellas for them if it’s raining (the couple will be in the VIP sheltered space). While street parking is usually available nearby this area can get busy on sunny weekends and during special events.
Other locations to consider: We also have another location for a Sydney beach wedding- in the eastern suburbs. For other non-beach options (which are probably more suitable in colder months) check out our most popular location on the harbour, or the stunning parks in Homebush, Petersham, Chatswood, Penrith or Parramatta.

Local features: Close to buses and trains and a variety of restaurants and cafes, choosing this location will ensure your wedding day transport and celebrations are smooth and relaxed.
Important things to note: If you aren’t bringing witnesses with you please note this park is very quiet so it can take a little time to find some passers-by to invite to be your witnesses. Best, if you can, to bring a couple of friends with you.
Other locations to consider: This location has limited availability. If your date isn't available be sure to consider our other beautiful locations for a simple wedding in Sydney.
